If ever I stray

There is no excuse for me not updating my blog. Since November, I have been dealing with a lot of heath issues and have had a lot of changes that have happened in my life recently. That is still no excuse.

I have been working on a few things at my job, having me edit and take some photos, but its very small things and not exactly what I would like to be doing. It is letting me mess around with editing though so I can figure out things here and there.

I ended up buying a ticket for "The Fest 10" which will be taking place in October. The lineup looked really great this year. I have wanted to go every year, but due to my job, it is extremely hard to get time off in October and, with the way I am when it comes to work, I usually never take time off. I think after 12 years though, I can deserve to take some time off now. I will be going to see if I can get a photo pass for this and see what might come from that if its possible. I did enjoy photographing the Harvest of Hope the 2 years it went on and I have learned a lot about what are some things that will help me get some good shots. I have always enjoyed the actual crowd views and the intensity of them which can get some good photos. We will just have to see I suppose ;)

My very good friend and I have started working together to create a small site up. I send him a photo. He takes some time to view it, then writes about it, whatever that might be. He majored in creative writing, and its benefiting the both of us, so we are not being slackers and letting our jobs take ahold of our lives. It has been a busy few weeks for me. I have my film developed but the scanner I got didn't work the way I wanted it too. I've been looking around at scanners online and it looks like I am probably going to have to keep searching for now. The scanners out now are all updated and since this is a different type of photo with a 360 panoramic shot, I need to find a scanner that can just let me scan large format images.

My birthday is also coming up. This year has seem to gone really slow for me honestly. I am not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. here is another Holga shot from when I went to the HOH back in 2009. More will be coming.

Well I got back the film that was developed. I find it kind of funny when I take my stuff to a "photo" store and the people there don't know how they would be able to scan the film in and print out the photos and such. So instead of trying to search, I just ended up buying a scanning mask for the photos and I ordered a scanner today so once it all comes in, I will be finally posting the images up. Until then, I figured I would post another one of the Holga prints that I thought came out pretty decent. I remember walking through one of the buildings and saw these hanging and wanted to test out my camera so I just took a few images. Not too bad, but they could be better I suppose. I would like to test out my Holga a little more now that I know how the film comes out. I bought a instant back for it though so I should finish that film before I try messing with anything else. We will see.

On a side note, I want to make my own web page besides this blog. I have a layout already set up, but I am not quite sure how to go about getting my own URL and stuff like that. Any suggestions? Still trying to think of a name too.

I have been really slacking lately. I could go more into detail but I don't want it to be that kind of page to come to. I did buy that 360 camera however and tested it out not too long ago. My problem was finding a developing place near where I could get it all done. I also had 5 or so rolls of Holga film that I needed to get developed too (photos from 2007). I did get that developed but I guess Holga's have problems and the pictures tend to blend together and there is no space between the images. I saw the images and just cut them where I wanted then took it back and had it printed. I think some of the images came out kinda interesting. Most of the shots were crap in my opinion but I was just testing out the camera. One thing that has always interested me in photos is movement and the things that can happen with it. I scanned in a few of my favorite images and I will post them here and there with some of the other stuff I am taking. This first one is from the Harvest of Hope when I was a photographer for it and I am sad that it will not be happening in 2011. Here is a link to the main page though and you can see what it was/is about. It's for a good cause and it was a fun time. Made some good friends out of it and saw some good music.

Polaroid

I will definitely be posting more photo's from Bonnaroo. I did however come across this that I wanted to share. I have a bunch of cameras. 2 of them are polaroids and another can add onto my Holga to make it a instant shot. I have always been a very big fan of polaroids. Maybe its because of the fact that you get the picture instantly but different from a digital shot.

I would come to this beach all the time when I would visit my grandmother and uncle. Not many people have heard of it. I love the Gulf much better than the Atlantic. Its less crowded and the water is calm and relaxing there. I really hope the oil spill will be fixed quick and will not come to this area. Indian Rocks Beach.

It has been a rough month and there are no excuses for my absence. I have pictures to post, and things to talk about. I had an awesome time at Bonnaroo. It is definitely something I recommend everyone who is a music fan to go to at least once. My top 3 favorite bands (as listed on my last.fm) were there and I got to see them all, plus a lot of other great bands. I also recently just bought a small point and shoot camera along with a Spinner 360. I have a lot of things to try out. More will be coming. Here is a photo of one of the stages that were at the festival. It was nice to get away from everything for a while and just relax. BTW: I added a like button if you enjoy checking up on my page every once in a while! I am moving up in the world now lol!

Vacation

So in 5 hours, I will be on the road heading towards Manchester, Tenn. Bonnaroo.

Every year, I think about going, but every year, I just don't see enough bands that are listed to actually spend the amount of money and feel like I am getting my moneys worth. When I found out about it years ago, I was told, VIP is the way to go. If you go, you need to go VIP because you get what you pay for, along with everything else that it has to offer. Its a lot. I think this is the most I have ever spent on one thing. I may regret it down the road when I am trying to pay off everything but I also have been wanting to go to this every year, and my top 3 favorite bands are playing (along with several others). It should be an experience.

I ended up buying a smaller camera because the festival has so many things it says they won't allow, camera's with interchangeable lens's. I am still bringing it with me to see if I will still be able to bring it in, if not, I will still be taking lots of pictures, just with my smaller one now. Hopefully I can get some good shots to post on here. Until then, here is another one from St Pete overlooking the bay. I took this also when I was living there during school when I was first learning how to develop images in the dark room.

The Candidate

It was bound to happen sooner or later. I have been having a tough time with all the chaos that has been going on. However, I have 2 weeks off now. I never go on vacations, and well, I have a lot of vacation hours that I have to use or I will loose them June 1st. I have no idea what I will be doing, but I do know I will be posting several things to make up for the lost time from not updating this weekly.

Speaking of Lost. I am so sad that it is finally coming to an end. I know it was going to have to, and hopefully it will end well. I really like JJ Abrams. I loved Mission Impossible 3 and Star Trek. So far, he is 2 for 2 with movies, and I have always loved Lost, and really really enjoy Fringe too. So he is 2 for 2 on the television too. I always remember my favorite Lost episodes. Even though, 3 of the main characters died in less than 5 minutes, one of my favorite ones was 2 weeks ago. I just hope it ends well (and makes sense).

I was searching through many of my photos and came across some that I didn't thing were anything worth sharing but, I decided to after looking at them more. They are from when I was in college, learning how to actually process film and work in the dark room. It was actually really fun. It makes you appreciate what you are doing. More than just digital photos. One thing that always has bothered me is how I see people who call themselves photographers, just because they think they take good photos, and have a spiffy camera. I feel like I can't even call myself a photographer because I feel like I am still learning, even with a degree. I see peoples photographs and critique them. Digital photos can be good, but over editing them makes them look so tacky. Too much contrast, and messing with the colors. Anyone can do that. Even making a black and white photograph then making a flower the only colored object is not photography. Maybe I am just being dumb too.

The past week has been a bit rough on me. Trips to the hospital keep happening more frequent for me now and I think that might be what is keeping me up. I have been trying to keep up with my photos more recently but have been getting side tracked just to do random events happening. I'm going to start going through my flickr account and try to update it so I don't have pretty much every photo I take. I have a lot of my test photos, and just random photos that are uploaded and, well, they are not the best photos because well, I was trying to get the settings right and everything else set up.

I have been recently following some photographers that have caught my eye. I found them on a site that I have been on for a while now. Tumblr. It's hard to explain what type of site it is. Some would call it a blogging site made simple. I don't seem to use it to blog however. For me, its a site to get ideas from and I mainly find photos that catch my eye and just "reblog" them so I can look back at them. One of my favorite photographers (Terry Richardson) even has his own personal page which he posts photos that he does for shoots and just random day to day photos. One photographer that I have been following labeled himself as an art photographer. When people ask me what kind of photographer I am, or what I enjoy the most, I always get stuck because I haven't really been able to label myself but, now, I believe I can. I want to say I am an art photographer because as much as I enjoy fashion photography and bands, I seem to find myself enjoying the more artistic side of photos rather then setting up shoots. I just wish I could get out and travel.

I went through a lot of my photos I took and I decided I would post another from the Festival. I just realized that Bonnaroo is only 2 months away. I can't to see what kind of photos I could get from there, but just as a guest. I was talking to someone the other day and I would love to travel so much. I have been really enjoying Terry Richardson's posts on Tumblr. His photography is really the kind I have always enjoyed. There are so many other things and people too I enjoy. Something will come one of these days.

Fest work

I really enjoyed the HOH. I had a great time with my good friends, and I got to see some bands I never have seen or get the chance to. I was also able to work on what I have a degree in. Photography. I still am trying to figure out what it is that I enjoy the most when taking photos and I realized that I am done working during festivals. I enjoy taking the photos, but this time I wanted to enjoy the bands too instead of only seeing 3 songs by them, then leaving to see another band and get their photos, only to see 3 songs and doing that back and forth. I think if I were to be taking photos of a band during a concert, where its just them and I don't have to be rushed, I would enjoy that more. I do love taking photos of people though. Head shots, random photos, and even ones that are in the studio. I still need to find my medium.

Harvest of Hope, year 2

I really needed this weekend. I never take vacations too much so, this festival was a very nice break. I was excited to be able to just hang out with my friends and not have to worry about all the things that have been going on. It was also great being able to hang out with the friends we made from last year. The only problem was it went by too fast. Bonnaroo can't come soon enough. I got a bunch of photos so more will be posted soon.

It was going to happen. I will not make any excuses for the past two weeks. I think I just have been focusing on this weekend coming up and trying to make sure I have everything planned out for the Harvest of Hope. I am so excited to spend some time with my best friend, and take some pictures of some really awesome bands. I think this year is going to be much bigger and I hope to get some really good shots while I am there. I am sad that a few of the bands from last year will not be there this year but I am still pumped to go. I received another photo pass this year so I will be able to work on some of the things that I wanted to last year. I also had some business cards printed out so I can try to get my name out. Im working on seeing about Bonnaroo and what I might be able to do there, but that is going to be huge so only time will tell. A lot of photos will be coming after I get back on Monday.

It has been a rough week for me. Since I want to keep this as my photography blog, I wont write about any more than that. This time last year, I was going through the same type of stuff, and I just need to sit back, relax and try not to let things stress me out. I want to believe everything is going to work out. Its easier said than done though. In a few weeks, I will be taking a mini vacation. I need it. Bad. I will be taking a whole lot of photos too. Let me know if there are things you would like to see, things I need to work on. I want to do whatever I can to make these better. I would love feedback.

A little help from my friends

In just a few weeks, I will be heading back to St Augustine to have a slight vacation from all this chaos that is surrounding me at my main job. I am pretty excited to hang out with my best friend and hopefully we can run in to these guys again. It was great being able to hang out with some cool guys that were normal and just enjoy the time we had watching all the bands. The picture pretty much explains their personalities. We had a chill guy, an excited guy, and the "I drank too much energy drinks" guy. Then we had the photographer who was me. I spoke with some of the main people running the festival again and I was able to get another photopass which will help me out so expect to see more photos from more bands once March comes around. I had no idea where I wanted to go when I first graduated from high school. I remember having a strong urge to want to go to the University of Miami. I honestly cannot remember why. I ended up going to FIU down in Miami for a year. It was a brand new school at the time and it honestly was not that bad. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life either. I think a lot of new college kids are in that same situation though. I never really partied that much or did anything. I do remember going out every once in a while with friends and randomly taking photos while we were out driving. I always like movement. I feel like my life is flying by me now that school is done and I am now almost on my own.

I keep searching a lot through my files that I have. There are a lot of things that I wish I could do, visit, and just test out. I need to force myself to go out, and try things. I really just need a vacation. A very long one. Traveling is one thing that I have always wanted to do. I really just want to cross an ocean, just to see another part of the world.

I get nervous a lot. I constantly am critiquing myself because I want to be the best at what I do, no matter what it is. I have been thinking about all the photos I have taken, and what I want to take, and honestly what I want to end up doing. I wont lie though, It constantly is changing. There are so many different things I love taking photos of. I realized though that I do love details of things. One of my favorite photographers is Andrew Zuckerman. I love the details that he brings out in every photo he takes and that is what I enjoy doing. When I search through all the photos I take, I always look for the ones that, in my eyes, make me feel like I am there. I guess it really all comes down to myself being nervous about all the different photos I have taken and just throwing them up for everyone to see, good and bad ones alike. I think I just get more afraid of the bad ones being brought up and talked about. Then again, I think too much sometimes.

City life

I remember walking through the city for the first time. It was interesting to me. I always told myself I would never want to go there, that was until I actually went to the city. I would walk around the city for hours when I lived up there from April to July of 08. Just looking and thinking a lot but I also had my camera with me to take pictures. Whenever I look at all the photos I took while I was up there, this one always stands out to me for some reason. I cropped it because I wanted to try something different then have just the regular shaped image. Don't be surprised to see some more NYC ones pop up here.

New Year

This will be my first post of the year with a minimum of 52 this year. I have several new years resolutions that I intend to stick with as much as I can.

Its been a rough few months with everything that has been happening. I do have a new car now and with this, I intended to get back to what I have been planning to do. The Harvest of Hope will be coming up again in March and my best friend and I already have bought our tickets to go to it again. I will see what I can do about getting another photo pass this year to try to test some things out. I learned a lot from trying things here and there during the event last year and I want to try new things out this year. It would be awesome if I could get another pass. I really just want to get stuff up and do what I can. There is one photographer that I love to check out all the time. He has had me interested in band photos and concerts ever since I have seen his stuff. I even have bought a few of his polaroids he has sold on etsy which has also got me thinking about the site. I did something different with this photo that I came across. I have always enjoyed the grainy looks to photos and how they have this "feel" to them.. its the only way I can describe it. I might look at some of my older photos too and mess around with them a bit. Just to see. More to come. I promise.

I am mad at myself. I sit down to work on posting, then I get preoccupied with randomness and tomorrow ends up being several days later and so on.

I recently went to a bachelor part with a good friend of mine and they decided to go drinking around the world (Epcot). I guess that is a thing to do here in Florida when you drink. I have heard people talking about it before but since I don't drink, It has never really interested me. Even though I didn't drink, I still enjoyed the time with my friends, and I was able to get a few pictures here and there. We even stayed long enough for the fireworks which was nice. As much as I can't stand going to theme parks after working at one for 10 years, I still enjoy Disney with some good friends.

It has been a while since my last show. I remember in 2007, I saw my favorite group at least 6 times that year. I always enjoy live shows a lot more. I remember when I was younger, and I would hate anything live. Maybe I just was listening to the wrong bands. Now, I wish the bands/artists I listen to would put more live albums out. I think that its a good thing though because I would be even more broke than I already am.

Im going to start looking through some of my older photographs, see what I am able to find and fix up. I want to travel though, be able see more things than just what I am limited to now. I have always wanted to visit Paris, Rome, even South America. One day.

Imperfection

I am trying to do my best to push myself. I really enjoy the camera's that I have purchased recently. I think my problem is where I am living. I want to get to NYC. I do not want to loose touch with my friend I made up there. It was so fun just jumping on the subway, not knowing where it would take me and then to just get off and take photos around the city. I had a fun time. I wish I could do that here. I would really like to go on a long vacation. I would like to go to Europe, or maybe Australia or even Japan. Just to cross an ocean. Who knows.

This past month has been a bit crazy. But I am still here. I've been really excited though at the same time. I went ahead and bought 2 more cameras. I have been looking at one for a while, every time I went into the store, I would see it there, but I wasn't sure if I should get it, the price being the main reason. I finally said enough with it and I bought it. There is a photographer I follow, and he started selling a few of his polaroids online. It got me thinking, and I want to attempt that also. The one camera that I bought takes mini polaroids. The second one, takes normal polaroids but they are not square like a regular one, more widescreen type. Once I am able to get out and start taking some, I will post them up here.

I need to just keep pushing myself.

I need to keep up with this. Force myself. I get easily distracted sometimes. I enjoy the new layout, being able to tweak what I can for the most part. I think that is why I enjoy this so much. For the past month, I have been stuck in a rut. I am out of it. I need to push myself now.

The other day, I bought a polaroid add on to my Holga camera. I am happy I got it, I just hope it does what I want it to. One of the photographers I enjoy took some polaroids and ended up creating an etsy.com account to sell them out. It gave me a good idea to do the same. I have been talking about trying to sell my stuff, and I have known about this site, but I have been nervous/hesitant about it. Im just afraid it will not be bought, because my name is not "out" there. I just need to get over it and try. I am excited though.

I also received a gift the other day which I am very happy about. I have been wanting to possibly start doing some screen printing and a special someone bought me a book on it. I did do it in college but I wanted to do more with it because I have always enjoyed screen prints and posters created from it. Only time will tell.

Conceptual

Today I did a lot of thinking. I have all this time on my days off since I can't drive for six months. I had an awesome time the other night going to see Tom Gabel. I am still a little upset about not being able to get tickets to see Against Me on saturday though. I knew I should have bought the tickets when they first went on sale. Oh well. I did see them 6 times in one year alone so I shouldn't be too upset. I am really glad I was able to see Tom Gabel though. He really knows how to put on a good show. I really want to start to work on my photography skills. I was searching the internet the other day and came across someone who was at the Harvest of Hope Fest and was also shooting pictures. I am really jealous. They were really good. I wish mine were half as good as his were. I was told I am my own worst critic though. Thinking about it though, I really only had one lens, and limited resources to work with. I want to force myself to do better.

I have gone through most of my photos which are all on my flickr site and I will be trying to post one or two photos with each blog I get with. I am really going to push myself now. There are some things I want to get done, and I am the only one that can really make it happen.

I really enjoy these night photos. They were the hardest to take however with the type of lens that I had. I held back when I was by the stage and I should have pushed my way through to get the shots I wanted. But, some of these I really enjoyed. I like experimenting with the lens's that I have and seeing what works and what doesn't. I always like how I get the lights to mess with the photo. You never really know what is going to happen until you get the photo shot.

It was pretty insane trying to get a good photo while Against Me! was on stage. I was a little hesitant about pushing my way around trying to get that "one" photo. Now I wish I did.

Either way, going to this fest helped me. I want to do better. This was one of my "better" photos I was able to get during the AM! set. I went through all of the photos I took and I will try to post some random photos along with a blog here and there to get myself moving.

Engagements

I remember photographing my friends wedding one year. I was still learning, a lot about photography, the way shots are taken, angles, lighting, all of the stuff many people seem to skip over. I did it to help myself, along with just taking their photos for them so they wouldn't have to spend so much money on a photographer. I believe I did a decent job. I told myself however, I would never do another wedding again. Its just not what I enjoy doing. I love photographing people, just not like that. I am really into fashion photography, concerts, random shots. I recently was asked if I could take some engagement photos for a good friend of mine. I hesitated at first because I honestly didn't want them to come out bad, or not be good enough for them. I did it however, and I do hope they enjoy the photos. While I was measuring the lighting, and making sure everything looking ok, I took a random shot of where we were shooting the photos at. It was a perfect afternoon. The weather was just right, and they picked a very nice spot. I just wanted to share a quick photo of the area. The sun was setting and sometimes, the sky has that really cool color to it as the sun is going down, and the light hits the clouds just right.

I finally have some good news to post. Something I am very excited about. I am going to be a photographer for the Harvest of Hope Fest. I bought my tickets for this event the other night, and thought, maybe I could email someone, just to see if I might be able to get some kind of pass. I just want to be able to work on my portfolio, get some experience. I'm getting a photo pass for the 3 day event. I really am excited. Plus, I am able to spend it with my best friends. It will be a good vacation/break.

I have decided to really get this blog working again. As you can see for the past few months, I have just been updating it with random photos from my phone. I will do that every once in a while as I have been doing, but I also am going to try to use this as I had mentioned before with posting photos of my work. I am stuck in a rut right now, and I need to work one things I enjoy. I may even start painting again, trying to just create artwork while Im searching for that job. I changed the layout of this page, and I have also added links, and I also added a message board that you can post messages on, about anything and everything. Its been rough living up here in NY at times. Trying to find a job. I wonder sometimes what my purpose is in life. I want to be happy, do the things that I enjoy. I love going to the movies, listening to music, taking photographs, and yes, even playing video games. I also love spending time with people. It seems like its impossible to accomplish all of these. I made a decision to myself, on New Years Eve to change my life. I have been trying to do the best I can.
Ive recently moved to NY (at the end of march actually). Ive been learning a lot since then. I came up searching for something. I was searching for a job, but in the process, Ive found out a lot about myself. I still havent found a job. I have an unpaid internship that will help me in the long run, but no money. That is what sucks about this whole deal. Money. Im just so sick of how much things cost, just everything. I know that sounds dumb, but I want to just live on a island, where I would never have to worry about a thing.
I coundnt have made it this far without Simone. She has been amazing through this. Ive had a lot of struggling. Im not the most perfect man, plus with my epilepsy, and just stressing out. Its just been hard. I need to focus on all these things I have. Im going to try my best to post more here, in my iblog, and keep uploading photos to my flickr account. Hopefully I will be able to get enough experience to become a professional photographer. I spoke with a really famous one today, Seth Sabal. He gave me some good advice. Its been a long time since Ive made an actual post. I've been a slacker. Busy though. I have had a lot going on in my life, especially now. Things were starting to make sense, then poof, Im going "Backwards in time" again. Im not going to give up. I've fallen head over heals for this girl and Im giving her my all. Maybe too much though. I need to let things happen. I know in the end, we will be together, I know it. There is one that I hope does not happen, and if it does, Im still not going to give up, I might be upset, frustrated at myself, but never will I give up. Im going to try to post more photos and do more with this. Hope to also land that job in NY.

I had the best weekend ever last week. Saw Against Me! for the 5th time in one year, then headed to Gainesville to see The Avett Brothers play. I had such a wonderful time. I did something I shouldnt have while I was there, but its already done. Im just glad nothing came from it. I am so glad I was able to see them. They have this melody that no one has, and It just brings all these emotions inside of me out. I cant wait to see them again December 7th and 8th. It will be fun. I have a lot planned. Going to NYC in 2 days. Im not sure what is going to happen. But I felt something happen inside me last night, something I didnt think would. I dont know. Life can be very complicated and confusing sometimes. I just wish I could get answers.

Five times in one year. I can say Im a groupie. I flew all the way up to Chicago to see them! It was amazing last night. I had a "virgin" come and finally see them for the first time and I think he had a blast. I dont think he was expecting what was going to happen in crowd but it was awesome. I even went surfing for the first time. I always let loose at their concerts. I dont know why. Something just comes over me and I go insane. I had a blast. I tried to get a few images when I was running around in the crowd (from my cell phone of course).

Halloween Horror Nights

I decided to work halloween horror nights this year. I needed to do something to take my mind off everything. Some good things have come out of it. NYC, Macy's, maybe some jobs? Who knows. During the night of the queue build, I worked that day from 8am to 3am. It was rough. I took a pic of the moon around 2 am with my cell phone. Ill be glad when I can get more sleep.

I went to lollapalooza at the beginning of this month. It was great. I have been going through a really rough time in my life. I dont think Im complete again, but Im putting the pieces back together. Almost like a puzzle, I feel like pieces of me have been lost, but really, they have been here. I know its going to be rough, but I will get through all of this. I feel free though, and I think this newest picture proves it.

I have not forgotten about this. I've have been having a rough couple of weeks. I graduated which I am happy about however I have been struggling at finding a job but it is no big deal. I am applying so I know something will come. I just decided to go to Lollapalooza this year so I am very excited about this. I will be seeing Against Me! for the 3rd time this year, and then a week later, they will be in Florida 2 more times, one of which I know I am going to. I cannot wait! I will be bringing my camera to Chicago so you dont have to worry, you will experience everything I do and more! For now, I think I am going to just post some random photos that I've been working on and finding while cleaning out my computer. Now, back to watching "The Motorcycle Diaries." I'm starting to slack off. I need to keep taking photos. It's been a hard few weeks though with everything thats going on. School, personal issues, its just a lot to take in right as I am about to graduate. Yesterday was, exciting for several reasons. One is because I am done with one of my classes now, so its one less stressfull thing to worry about. I think I might go take a few pictures this weekend, one last time before I go back to Orlando. I tried to celebrate by going out to eat last night but I ended up getting it to go and it tasted like crap. I will try one more time but I know where I can go where it will taste good. But not until next week.

I have not forgotten about this. I just got done with the wedding over the weekend and took over 900 photos. I just need to color correct them and I will post some of the best ones that come out in time. But there are alot to so I will need time. It was hard. I was shot in the hand a few days before with a paintball but it was great. My legs hurt still.

Wow. I apologize for not being able to update this recently. I have been overloaded with school and stress. I doubt there is really anyone that actually even looks at this page but still, I wanted to still do this for me. Enough about that though, things have been going so so. School has started along with my internship at the Graphicstudio on campus. I am extreamly nervous about that but even more stressed out about passing my classes. I have to pass all classes with nothing less than a C to graduate. I cant even get a C- or I dont pass. All I have been doing is school, work, and sleep. I just bought a new $300 flash for my camera today though so I will try my best to get some pictures up using it. I am going to shoot my good friends wedding in 2 weeks so I will post some pics of them up when I get done witht that too. I feel like I am going to pass out so I am going to go lay down now.

Working on my final still. Just taking a small break to post these pics. From the parade at Disney when I was there. I turned off the flash and slowed down the shutter speed to get the movement of the lights to see how it might come out. A girl in my class did something similar for one of her projects but used concert photos she took of a band and focused in just on the colors. Came out pretty nice. Im starving now. I think I will go eat some food.

School has been killing me these past few days. I have had finals this week and with the stress of other things on my mind, I can't seem to focus on anything but sleeping. Sometimes I think I could just sleep forever, my eyes just cannot stay open. I have all of my finals done now except one, my 10 page paper due on Fri. Then I can relax, for a bit. I have not had much time to take a lot of pictures but I wanted to post some ones I took when I went to Disney a few months ago. Its still the same old Disney but I havent been there for a few years cause I cant stand theme parks after working at one for so long. Oh, if you want to know where the best clam chowder is, go to Stonewood. It was one of the specials that night but damn, I could drink that stuff.
